Currency
All prices are shown and charged in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
When you are charged
Your payment is authorised when you place your order. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund any amount taken for that item in full.
Security
Payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers. Homemo never receives or stores your full card number.
Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined, please check your card details or try another payment method. Your bank can also tell you why a payment was declined.
Fraud prevention
To protect our customers, some orders may be reviewed before dispatch. We may contact you to verify details, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders we cannot verify.
