If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot verify payment, and we will refund any payment in full.

Please follow the manufacturer's instructions for installation and use. Gas, electrical and large appliances may require installation by a qualified professional.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaching these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
