Free UK delivery
Delivery is free on every order to UK mainland addresses, with no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 4:00 PM UK time may be processed the same business day.
Delivery time
Standard UK delivery takes around 6–7 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 7–9 business days in total. Large or heavy items may be delivered by a two-person courier service, and the courier may contact you to arrange a delivery slot.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with tracking details. Tracking usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Some remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands, may take longer.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, high demand, courier issues or weather may cause delays. If your order is delayed, we'll keep you updated.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@homemo.co.uk and we'll investigate with the courier.
